custom base colour for popup windows

Just downloaded CodeLite 15.0.6 and setting it up for Windows 7.
For fitting with my dark-coloured desktop I ticked the "use custom base colour" option and set it to dark grey.
This changes the main screen and works fine, but the popup menus (including Settings -> Colours and Fonts) still have a light colour. Is there another option to also set that?
