QuickFinder usage

Hello,
I use the QuickFinder mostly for either files or functions. Each time I look for a function, I have to check within the search categories the "Function" option, each time I look for a file, I have to check the "Workspace file" option (if I have had checked a different option before). It would save me some time if I could configure separate shortcuts for "quick search for functions" and "quick search for workspace files". Is this possible already or does this have to be changed within the sources?
