strip exe and dlls

Do you do a strip on the final output (release) of exe and dll's. When I compile from svn the exe files are huge! If not could you add it to the update batch file?
When I compile CodeLite from SVN, the exe file size (on Windows) is ~8.5MB and WX dll is ~10MB
Each plugin size is around ~3.5MB
and no, I dont strip them
