Automatic file encoding definition

Hi. Can you make Codelite to recognize encoding automatically for each file? For example , I open single file , but some characters showed incorrectly, then I have to change in Global Editor Preferences file font encoding, and when I open another file with other encoding It won't be displayed properly . I work in such way when using external tools.
I think recognizing encoding is very useful thing, and I saw it in other editors ...

You can submit a feature request for this, but to be honest I am not an encoding guru so you will have to wait a while for it to get implemented (unless someone will provide a patch for it)
