Templates Sharing One Main File

I am a new user to Codelite but I am struggling with templates and I'm not sure if this is bugged or if I'm doing something incorrectly, but it seems whenever I select "Save as template" on a project, it is overwriting a single main file, which a previous template was using. It looks like any templates I create are sharing a single main file? Afterwards, whenever I select either template when creating a project, they both provide the same code, although I didn't save it as such. I have a screenshot from file explorer from the C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\codelite\templates\projects directory which only shows a single main file, but two project templates. Thanks to anyone who responds!
