Missing / buggy files in MinGW 4.7.1

Hello everyone,
and thanks to Eran and his team for the new CodeLite version 5.

This is not an issue of CodeLite, but of MinGW 4.7.1, which comes with the package codelite-5.0.6213-mingw4.7.1-wx2.9.4.exe.
htmlhelp files are missing.
oaidl.h is buggy, as it was with 4.6.1, I posted about this here already:

I made htmlhelp.h and libhtmlhelp.a for myself and patched oaidl.h.
If s.o. finds it useful, it is attached here.
