strange codelite

I dnt knw what happended but the compiler is not working properly

it does not show what the error is any more, instead it gives funny emerge as if the path is nt found

for example i didnt put a semicolon..so it should say expected semicolon but does nt.

okay okay i shows erros now but it shows in the output view whereas before it directly showed in the editor..how can i bring it back to that

And if you r making a simple console program..then what option is the best to choose ?

Settings > Build Settings: Build Output Appearance in the Errors/Warnings markers section.

Look lower down: "Compiler errors/warnings displayed inline".

It's probably off the bottom of that dialog. Try making the dialog bigger.
